You will need a piece of paper and a pen.

I think most of us has been through that stage where you just don't know what to do with your life.  Even when you're just still in high school, or uni or even when you already have a job, you doubt yourself if this is really what you want, if this is really you, if this is what your future would be like.

We spend so much time, planning; figuring out what is right and what is wrong, thinking if this happens, what would happen next. If you change something, are you going to lose what you have, but at the end no one gave you an answer and you didn't get to find out the answer 'cause you don't want to risk it. You choose the safe way, which is just to stay where you are, do what they all think its the best for you.

We spend so much time studying things that will make our future brighter, things that would actually light up our path to the future, have actually study the one and only thing that would give you more than just a brighter future?

Have you studied yourself?

When was the last time you decided on something because you think you like it, you deserve it or you think it suits you.

You might tell me it was, last weekend you bought that pair of earrings or maybe that pair of jeans.

Fine, but when was the last time you reflect on what you really are? or who you really are.

What you really want to become, who you really want to become.

How are you now?

Why are you like this, right now?

What do you have in life now?

What are you doing now?

How's life?

What is your hobby?

What is important for you ?

Do you like to laugh? Why?

Do you like the people around you? Why?

Who do you hate?

Why do you hate them?

Who do you like the most?

Where is your family?

When was the last time you talk to them?

Do you miss them?

Why did you talk to them? Why not?

Are you confused?

Are you lost?

Do you like yourself?

Do you like your life?

How do you spend your money?

How do you dress?

Do you like your clothes? Why?

Would you want to change something of yourself?

What is it? And why?

Are you lazy?

Do you like what you're doing? Why?

Can you change for better or is it better to stay this way? Why?

Are the reasons good or do they suck to change/not change?

Add more questions if you think its relevant. Its all open ended question. Remember quantitative research? This is a survey. Research problem : My life is confusing. Aim: To learn more about myself and make a change. Objective: To find out who am I. To know more about myself. To learn about what I like about myself and the environment. To find out what can I change about myself. Etc.

Maybe this is an exploratory research?

Take a look at the mirror or write your answers down. Evaluate yourself. Study your answers. Analyse yourself. Report to yourself. At least know, who you are, what you are and what you really want right now.

Ps: Those random photos in this blog are photos that of JAPAN! I was in japan for around 8 days, Sapporo and Tokyo. This country is lovely! So I had to share it somewhere, so here they are. HAHA
